Before I get to the point I want to set some ground rules

1) Please leave any general chit-chat about attending or activities at the LAN to the original thread here

2) Mods Please Do not Delete!!

Right with that sorted I was thinking it would be a good Idea to organise what we are taking to the LAN here, so that we have one uniform, tidy, central location that we can easily view to see what is being brought by who.
I think this is a good Idea because:

A) I don't want to bring, and don't want others (especially the lot training) to bring stuff that simply wont be necessary.

B) I want to Ensure that everything we need is Brought with us

C) There is probably some level of organisation required amongst us

Secondly I think it would be a good Idea for name-tags to be used as a lot of us have never met or seen each other before, and I know I am crap with names and faces to start with, and I'm sure many of you are the same.
So I was thinking, is it possible for anyone to get hold of some cheep name tags. I was thinking maybe even use our XBL Gamecards as a template for the tags (see sig below)

Thirdly - Is there an agenda for the weekend (can this be posted in the original threads OP?)

Below is the Kit I can bring (this includes Miss K's Kit)
1 4:3 ratio Projector - Takes VGA, Composite, S-VIDEO, sound and maybe component (will have to check the component bit)
1 20" monitor
2 360s
1 wired gamepad
3 wireless gamepads
1 quick charge kit
1 plug & play charge kit
5 3m (I think they are 3m) cat 5 cables (maybe more)
2 wired 4 port routers
1 wireless 4 port router
1 wireless gaming adaptor
2-4 4ways
1 micro-hifi
1 ipod docking station (can be used as speakers for console)
12 GB of ipod technology (containing music)
1 set of 5.1 headphones
2 wired 360 headsets
2 wireless 360 headsets
1 portable USB HDD (containing music, TV series ie lost, heros, prison break, the shield)
Various 360 A/V cables

NB: Make sure you adequately label everything you take, don't want arguments/things going walkies

1 x Guitar Hero II
1 x Flatout: Ultimate Carnage

Possibility of Xbox360 console if returned from Microsoft BEFORE Thursday next week.

*edit* Krono - just a thought, would this be a good place (or the other thread) to discuss arrangements at Carmarthen too as I know a fair few people are using the train station as a meeting point and then taxi-ing to UE's together to save a few bob. Any thoughts on this?

Can definitely bring:

360
2 wireless pads
20" monitor
CD player/stereo system
play and charge kit
8 rechargeable batteries and 20 minute charger
1 4-way extension cable
1 5m network cable

Might bring:

Wii (only if there is a confirmed screen I can play it on)
Wii component cable
PS3 (probably not as it would be pointless bringing one to a LAN)
2 more 4-way extensions
A couple more network cables
A Girlfriend
2 Bongo's for donkey konga
A second 360 (The GF's brothers)
A 18" monitor

If I'm honest though the less I bring the better as I'll be in a car with 3 other people and their stuff and I'd get very annoyed if any of my stuff got broken/lost.

Edit: If I brought my Wii I'd probably be bringing paper mario, zelda, RE4, Metroid Prime, Battalion Wars, Mario Galaxy, mario strikers, excite truck and wii play but I don't actually have that many multiplayer games on it.

Got 4 Gamecube pads and the usual mario kart, timesplitters, smash bros, monkey ball, soul calibre, F-zero etc.
