I was told that these testers don't work right on SDSL connections. Is that right?

Just tested my work and only got 30 mbps download. I know that the bottle neck isn't in our network, so I've just done a tracert to the London server gonzales.namesco.net
Goes off though a 1 Gig LINX connection. We're not even using 10% of that bandwidth so slow down is occuring off my network.

bonded adsl my arse.
That sentence sums up my feelings on bonded ADSL. However your upload speed is doing pretty nicely for dsl.

It's not just about speed with this type of connection though. They have no contention and we get better bandwidth.

It does work if you own the equipment both at the customer premises and in the exchange.
But yes it is awful...
