Rotating sigs you say? Must be the work of the Devil if you ask me.

The Devil in this case is Rob Miller, well it's the code I use for mine anyway.

a chap on these forums (inquisitor) has set up a site where you can create an account, upload your images, then they will rotate when you use a link in your sig.

Oooh, I didn't know about that SigRotor site. I think I'll give that a go as my ISP keeps experiencing sporadic problems for some reason.
