iPlayer revamp

Just noticed the new design for iPlayer. Am I alone in saying I liked the old design better. As soon as I opened I instantly thought, "Woah! Where do I start?"

I do like the new highlights feature though.

So, what do you think? Change for the better or the worse?

I can't remember what the old one was like, but the new one is fine.

All very modular so it is separated nicely.

It's a lot better overall. Design still isn't perfect, but it's getting better and having radio stations on there is exactly what I wanted.

I dont like it, i find it a bit cluttered with radio an TV mixed together

You can turn on the filter in the top right, so it only shows TV or Radio if that's how you prefer it.

Doh', I read it as Itunes, not I player.

Yeah I like the new Iplayer look. it seems much easier to find things.

I get a totally whack error error message about DRM certificate issues when I try to launch an iPlayer programme - does this new update fix this? (Vista BTW)

you should have got a message saying download a dmr update on the old version. If not just do a manual install. No Idea where you get it though.

I preferred the old design and I think my wife may freak out (heavy iPlayer user but not very technical!)

Like that. Seems much easier to find things and you can view synopses without having to go to each individual programme page.

microsoft stuff (and other websites) sometimes have a hard time in firefox..
