Its damn hard to make short posts when you know everything :(

:D I've said it before, although I disagree with you on a quite a few issues you do have good points often, I just fear they get rather swamped in verbosity (and yes, I'm aware there is probably irony in me saying so).

he was trained as a lawyer right?

yeah, lawyers are honest people!

Contrary to what seems popular belief, lawyers are not allowed to lie in court. They have a duty to the court and must be honest in their dealings with it, where people seem to get confused is that they also have a duty to present their clients case to the best advantage of the client. If you know a client is guilty then you cannot appear before the court and proclaim their innocence, what you can do is to make the Crown prove their case, if the prosecutor then fails to do so then that is not the fault of the defence lawyer.

bah, cut it at the wrong place, either way, its generally why a defence lawyer won't ever actually ask if their client is guilty, or ask anything they won't want to hear the answer too. Well, all a-moral super rich defence lawyers are like that, the moral ones tend to ask the wrong questions and leave for a different job asap :p

This election is a joke, I really don't know which way it will go because I think there will be a lot of people who when asked will say they will vote Obama, and even in polls will say it but will vote McCain as its such an in thing to like Obama and so on. However its looking more and more like he'll win, i just don't like his campaign, he's still for change, but doesn't say what change. He's anti war, except that was 2 years ago, now he's got the same opinions of Iraq/Iran as McCain yet McCain gets branded a warmongerer, and Obama a ambassador for peace, even though he himself admits he was wrong on most of the Iraq issues now and doesn't want to pull out before McCain does.

Everyones main opinions of Obama seems to be the wishy washy crap he spouted over a year ago where as he's changed his mind on almost everything.

McCain has always been bi-partisan with a strong lean to the right but has been "left" on many issues and has friends on both sides and hasn't alienated the whole house, Obama has always voted EXTREME left, never wavered from it and is about as extreme a politician as their is. THere is such a thing as too far to the right and certainly there is being far far to much to the left aswell. THe thing is, Obama flat out lies about it, McCain again doesn't. McCain's never mentioned race, Obama says he won't talk about him being black..... about every 3 minutes.

He promised, flat out promised to not make this election about money, who has the most and who can buy the most expensive ad's and the most ad time, which he's promtly become the largest ever campaign spender in history, he's made more money than any campaign and he's spent more than anyone else on ad's.

He's far to extreme, breaks every promise and has already changed his mind about everything. The person people want Obama to be, is the guy he pretended to be a year ago and thats nothing like what he's promising today but people are just ignoring that. Its insane.

If McCain was walking down the same street as you and you tripped as a car was coming by he would not come to save you.

Obama probably would.

True story.
