Case for 3x GTX260s...

Well if u have money to burn buy 3 GTX's 295's :D that will burn a whole in ur pocket :D. that would be a sextuplet GPU system that would be mental. Terrible for gaming (mind u that sli for u) but for folding that would be mental like 24000 points per day :D.

Yea a lot with probably requiringa 1.5kw psu :D and enough electricity to power a whole house. But yea wouldnt mind myself at least having a go :)

THREE 260's! are you mental lol

Do you have money to waste? (if so il pm you my bak details hehe)or do you not know the performance increase of tri sli over normal sli is not worth the cost of an extra graphics card!

Pictures will be posted right :D

im assuming the op is using i7 for a tri sli setup

that way the cost of the extra card would scale very well

we have done tests using tri sli in the tech dept at ocuk with the rough results as follows...

3 GTX280's = 15k in vantage for the i7 + first card
then an extra 10K for every each subsequent 280
2X GTX 280 - 25K
3X GTX 280 - 35K

we did the same with 260s and found similar results

so it does scale well

and it depends on what board layout you have as to what case is appropriate

if you have a board like the rampage2 then you need to use the bottom slot and one below it
whereas the evga x58 uses a layout where the bottom card doesnt hang off the bottom of the board

if the bottom card is flush to the board then any case will do

if it hangs off you need to be looking at something like the lian li armoursuit [the big one] with more pci slots

Depends on budget.. Antec 1200 will be fine... If you want something a bit special to go with that setup gor for Lian Li TYR PC-X2000. Fantastic case. We fit 3 teslas and fx3700 into one of those.

lol, don't buy Antec 900 for it, I had one and its too small. 300 sounds even worse.

I upgraded to a Stacker 832 and its my favorite case, its pretty big inside too.

+1 Antec 1200 bags of room and awesome cooling, although a bit noisy in my opinion. (Make sure you clean the fan filters often).
