Hi, Cant get stable 3.8ghz-4ghz

well, than I would leave it on 3.8ghz!

but still can't get stable, I mean on games it's lagging and crashing...

any good settings that can get stable?

Runs at around 33C on ORTHOS. Core 1 is stuck till above 38C...

Tops out at 42C running intel burn test max settings.

why dont you try leaving everything on auto and just upping your cpu volts to 1.45 and see what happens
 
whats the VID of the chip i ahd this problem too on one the earlyish 8400's and it was because i was ramping the volts up whn it didnt want it.
