ATI 4850 - Issue with 2nd display (plasma)

I've just built a new system and have hit a problem with my 4850 displaying images on my plasma.

I set the output to 1280X720 as recommended but it's not filling the screen. In the past the older drivers have had the facility to adgust this via a slider bar.

The latest drivers (catalyst) don't appear to have this.

Any ideas?
 
you sure the options not in there somewhere? just hidden, i hate the new control centre, always takes me ages to find what im after, alternatively use old drivers?
