Fabulous work - I'm looking to start a build with an old shuttle case, a zotax S775 board and a GTX 285 - under water. The PSU is the stumbling ground as none of the decent PSU manufacturers have anything 90+ rated that's 1u size, and the pico PSU's aren't quite beefy enough to power any decent discrete graphics cards, certainly not for folding on.
I've managed to find a small CIT branded 500W PSU which I'm going to start off with - no idea what they are like for reliability, but in the brief tests I've conducted, there's enough juice there to get an OS up and running.
Any advice you can offer would be gratefully received....
