Took a trip to Guernsey today to pick up some fudge and duty free...

New brew started yesterday.

Old Tom clone 8.5%. Yeast seems to like the extra sugars.

If you don't like it buy the rest of the kit.

The only pain is the lifting of the bag. It's heavy and hot (pluss leaking everywhere!) with a 4kg grainload holding water. The old tom would be a nightmare, i made 5 litres only. .
