Yeh new betas seem to give a better score even with slightly lower settings:
gtx460 1gb(256) gainward gs(700mhz out of box) and evga (720mhz out of box) in sli

Hahaha, I know, although just goes to prove you don't need state of the art stuff to run good benchies... However... I've got £400 quid of gear lined up to buy, just got to somehow fund it lol.

Basically got the following lined up... (plus looking at picking up another 6990 tonight on the cheap!)

Single PowerColor HD7970 @ 1310/1800 ~1.25v with air conditioner cooling and most Windows services aborted ;) BSOD as soon as I came out of it though, bad times hehe
