Can you properly hide ignored posts?

Is there a way to make posts from someone that is on your ignore list properly hidden, rather than the setup where its quite obvious there is a post there? Is there a Stylish theme that does it or anything?
 
I would have loved such a feature back when there was a very real chance of me properly blowing up at sunama on here. Sadly, all my searching didn't find a way to do it.

He's on my ignore list, but the 'sort of hidden' posts are to easy to open out of curiosity.

I regret it every time, mainly because it results in us trashing a thread.
 
You can do it in firefox by making a custom script for greasemonkey. That would allow you to hide anyone's posts, even moderators if they annoy you. :p

You used to be able to, sadly you can't anymore. I put a don on ignore when he retired/took a break etc. When he needed the power trip again and came back as a don the posts where blocked. :)

Sadly they changed it. You should be able to ignore them, they can still edit your posts anyway or give you infractions.

My eyes strain reading Feek's posts! Don't know whether he knows that letters being that close together makes it difficult for some people to read.
