Opinions on MSI MPower?

I'd decided to get a Z77X-UD5H until the MPower caught my eye.
I possibly won't use a lot of the features of the Gigabyte board, but I want a good overclocker with good onboard audio. I've had a Gigabyte board before and was very happy with it, but have no experience with MSI products.
Thoughts?

Don't know whether Gigabyte has voltage offset but currently MSI doesn't.
It's a good board, not had any problems whatsoever with it so far - touch wood.

If you want DVID Offset, I would get the Gigabyte Z77X-UP4 TH >> http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-405-GI

MSI posted this on there forums today;

Sorry guys, here's the bad news.
Due to IC & BIOS design, HQ cannot implement offset mode on existing products since the BIOS needs a major overhaul, and a proper Super I/O that can supply info to the BIOS.
The good news, we may be able to add this in the next product release (although I can't guarantee it since HQ can change mind without notice).

Any suggestions, or comments, feel free to let me know, thank you.

I did look at the UP4, but i felt that I would be paying a premium for the thunderbolt ports. I seriously doubt they would be of any use to me for quiet some time.
I wasn't specifically looking for a board with voltage offset, I thought this was a feature of mainly higher end boards, I know the ROG boards have it. I think the UD5H has an option for dynamic voltage, is this the same thing?

Trust Stulid to throw spanner in my thinking. I've gone from one board with features I don't need, to considering another board with different features I don't need :confused:
The onboard audio is not as good on the UP4, but I doubt noticeably so. And i can always just get a card for that.

After further research into these Gigabyte UP boards, I've decided that the UP5 fits my needs. Shame it's way over budget. Damn you Stulid!
Nice choice, I've got one on order too.
