Is crossfire working on titanfall ?

Have you tried the new drivers from AMD (14.4)? They fix Crossfire apparently :)

yeah i have but i get the usage all over the place and the clocks bouncing about the place. game kinda looks blurry almost like motion blur until i disable one card in ccc and then the game runs perfectly at 60fps maxed out.

same problem with thief as well 2 cards a no no.

every other games NOW runs faultlessly

Crossfire is not working on Mantle in Thief. It works flawlessly in DX though for me. As i described earlier i doubt the game is demanding enough for you to get decent results with crossfire. You''d need to be at higher/res details i expect. If one card already maxes it out at 60fps, then adding another card will not change that as the fps is locked, isn't it? In that situation its likely to provide more issues than solve them.

if your asking me im using a pair of r9 280x. im putting it down to the fact its basically a 7970 and amd aint bothered optimizing games for the 7 series cards

My 7770 gets plenty of optimizations, so not sure where you got that from.

on thief i use dx and struggle to hit 55-58 fps in xfire but get 6ofps in single card. i also notice thief in dx is the only game i have that doesnt display the crossfirex logo in top right corner

Sounds like something is up then as that means the crossfire profile for that game is not working, yet its definitely working here on 14.4 and 14.3 drivers.

thought that not sure what to try although the game is more than playable

Check your settings. Are you using 'exclusive full screen' and 'full screen' in the display options? Because if you don't, crossfire won't work.

Not crossfire I know, but Titanfall uses less than 15% of GPU2 on my SLI rig even after the recent update. I've heard on the grape vine nvidia still don't consider the game fully SLI compatible and needs further work in order to do so, but don't quote me on that :p

just so many people across the web cant run crossfire 100% ok and amd have hinted until respawn patch the game for the latest drivers ( 14.4) then no one will have a perfect game on crossfire/sli yet a couple on here say it runs flawlessly which obv means im doing something wrong.

normally im one for going with the masses but that doesnt always turn out to be right

aye mate am no complaining as 1 card runs it perfect just a pain enable/disable card esp when thewean keeps enabling it for his games then i forget to disable crossfire

You can edit the game profile in CCC and set it to disable crossfire for that specific game :)

I had to do this for some DX9 titles on 7970's, 1 card = 60fps, 2 cards = 40fps/stutter :p
