I don't know where the cheating issue has come from, but regardless i'd agree, it's completely pointless.
I run every benchmark with the same settings that i use on games, max settings.

I hope you disable frame pacing when benching Kaap. Can net 1 or 2 extra fps i find. 
thought i would join in. as i have a 21:9 screen might help others see if there is a performance difference
