What is the ASIC value ?
Im very happy with it. On air it was around 65-70c at 1480mhz, but since going water it's playing nicely.
I think there's more in there, but haven't had time to really mess about with it yet.
ASIC was around mid 70s iirc, but will check later.
There is nothing wrong with your card RTW2 takes a lot to run maxed out.

Its not always down to the card ! If the game hasn't been optimised for this card witch it hasn't then you will get a massive performance drop ! I was playing Dying light a few weeks ago at ultra 1440p and only got 30 FPS max !
The new update they did & optimised the game now gives me 70-80 FPS on ultra 1440p !
So I'm pretty sure if they optimised the game better you would get ultra settings over 60 FPS np with this card its a beast.

Just wanted to post how happy I am with my purchase of 980 Ti Sea Hawk I received a month ago
When I first got this card I went and tried out all my top games with ultra settings at 1440p res .
The first game I fired up was GTA IV - OMG was my first reaction when I got to drive around at speed with no lag at all and amazing graphic's , The game is running at a nice constant 55 - 60 + FPS on i52500k standard , Right away this card put a smile on my face and £600 I spent was well worth it.
The next game I fired up was Alien Isolation , Max settings 1440 p , Well this card just eats this game , well over 100 FPS on ultra settings, Again well happy.
I then fired up last years game of the year The Witcher 3 Wild hunt. Game on ultra 1440p runs at around a constant 50 - 60 + FPS in this game, such a beautiful world I am going to play this game right from the start and play it again on ultra.
The only complaint I will make is the card does have a little coil whine on some games but its not an issue and doesn't effect the games in anyway , The only game that the card does not work so well with at the moment is Rainbow Six Siege ? I have no idea why as it doesn't even look that nice on ultra settings but the FPS in this game is all over the place ! Max of 90 FPS in some areas and as low as 30 FPS in others
My guess is the game is not optimised correctly yet ! you can't even use V-Synce in this game yet , it seems to force 30 FPS instead of 60 ? so my guess is its badly coded currently.

If you tried playing the game on AMD cards you would realise RTW2 is optimised for NVidia cards.

I'm getting the same issue in Siege as well and, from what I can remember anyway, the AA settings seem to kill performance. I had V-sync turned on and it would go from 60FPS down to 30FPS and jump between the two. Toned down the AA and and it sits happily at around 100FPS constantly.

Any thoughts on pairing a Gigabyte 980ti Xtreme Windforce with a Gigabyte 980ti Waterforce card? I'm thinking if I upgrade I'd like to minimize the heat reflection from the backplate onto the upper card and wondered if this might be a way to reduce the ambient inside the case?
Or is it just best to stick with the same brand and cooling method?

What is the ASIC value ?
My ASIC is only 76 percent I beleive but boosts to 1540 in games on stock volts. Really happy with my card so far.

Yea 980Ti has got to be one of the best cards ive upgraded to so far. Best clocker and performer. I can see why it's recommended over the Fury x now! I almost bought AMDMatt's Fury x as well as he had it at a good price! Glad i paid that little bit more.
What sort of temps do you think i should keep the card under? At the moment i see it hangs about 68-70 degrees in most games is it good up to 80 degrees?
Not sure with the 980Ti as i know the 290x was good upto about 90 before worrying about hitting 94-95 degrees and thermal throttling.
