As stock rises and retailers compete they will come down - also if we vote remain GBP to USD is tipped to go into the mid1.50's.

All that will mean a bit of a drop yes. I expect them to start at nearer £330 by the end of July and hopefully decent custom ones can be had for nearer the £350 mark - this is if we stay in the EU though.

We should start seeing special day and week only deals on them once they have lots of stock as well.

Although I think it is a fair prediction. Even Gibbo has said prices will come down a bit on their next shipment if the GPP to USD exchange rate keeps going up the way it is.

I'd honestly be suprised if prices came down that low, I just forsee that in a month they'll be almost/ if not just has high but being sold with more stock available.

Me neither and I'd only have lost the same on my 970.

Finally though I've got mine running. It doesn't fit in may case until Saturday when my mate will dremel it...you can see my scribe marks waiting.

I've had a quick play.

It does the first thing I bought it for, Assetto Corsa 60fps Rock solid at 4k DSR'd to 1080p.

Looks so good.

Had to Drill holes in the GPU cooler for the motherboard CAPs to go into :eek:

So gibbo would it be safe to say the next Aero and Reference blower prices will rise to a point that I may just get a FE ASAP ?

Will the price rise not be that high/is there an imminent shipment for either of those cards coming it at existing prices?

Edit: seen the other thread. Existing stock price rising.

I'm pretty sure mine will fit but I might shave the inside of the front cover for a bit of extra breathing room.

If all else fails I'll be buying the SG13.

It fits with no...and I mean no, room to spare. The front is under a bit of pressure but it sits happily at 1938mhz and 70 deg and doesn't seem to throttle.

Really pleased.

Have'nt had a chance to test the card out yet because Overclockers ballsed up my order of a new monitor
