That's useless if you want to use afterburner combined with the osd though as its another piece of overclocking software?

Damn this thread. I switched from 980Ti to 970 a few weeks back because I only run 1080p and it was a waste, but this thread's giving me the itch again. Must resist. At least until Ti time (which will actually be a bigger waste than the 980Ti lol). Maybe it's time for a new monitor.

No its not. I installed it and changed the color then exited it and disabled startup boot. AB runs as usual now with no conflict

i have been playing Fallout4 for about 1 hour and seem the game doesn't need horse power like Witcher 3 does and the clock stay at 2151Mhz

Turn LEDs off, uninstall thundermaster.

Or you can just unplug the rgb cable from the board.

Wouldn't of guessed you can change the setting then uninstall, precision x the same presumably for the evga cards?

I believe so. Seen it mentioned for lots of rgb boards that you just switch them off and uninstall the software.

It looks like the LED visualizer through GFE can be used to disable them on some cards.

It does work. I set my Gigabyte Xtreme 970 LED to the colour I wanted. Then I uninstalled the guru II software because it was rubbish and used MSI AB. The leds keeped the colour I wanted and used afterburner no problem. I'll do the same with my EVGA 1080 FTW
