yes, you'l get an Email from Elfster on the 14th as signup ends midnight on the 13th
iirc Elfster worked off American PST the last few times so il draw the names manually at midnight on the 13th
also just to point out, you dont actually get 'paired' with someone else, gifts are not just swapped between 2 members,
therefor you wont know who bought your gift for you untill you open it.
