hi
my 9800xt card has just gone **** up and i was wondering if somone could tell me if the HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X1600 Pro was as good as the 9800xt or better?

I would choose a 7600 varient instead of the x1600

agp, try and get another 2nd hand, they are only £40-45

Doh, i jumped to conclusions

You could try and pick up an X800/6800 second hand aswell

The X1600pro would be pretty close, but does have SM3 support.

This card is also about the same... depending on price your looking at...

thanks for that you guys, i managed to find another 9800xt for now but its not second hand so i ended up paying about £90 !
