Thank you. May i ask, where are you getting it cut? I want to get a windowed side panel with mesh, but it seems i can't get both in the UK. One more thing, wouldn't it have been easier to buy a the windowed side panel for that case, or is this more difficult to get hold of for the longer V1200?

Pretty hard to get hold of but yeah, it would be easier. Reason I am getting it cut is because it is a custom design I made.

The company is called Sciss, they charged me £33.

Cheers. Since i can't find a windowed side panel with a mesh, i might just buy the one with the mesh and get a window cut out for it like yourself. How much is it likely to be, do you think, to get a window similar to this cut out by that company?

Nice case Raikiri, i do love Lian-Li's the quality ust rules especially on the v1000's and 2000's.

However I haven't personally seen or used any of the newest ones.

One final question if you don't mind. Does your motherboard have one of these fancy heat-pipes? If so, does it run ok with the motherboard being mounted upside down?

Runs fine. If they use a wick which most do it doesn't matter what way they are.

Little update to mine...

There's barely any space between the side and rad though... so I need to find 1mm thick perspex/acrylic :/

First of all, very nice side panel!

Try ebay for things like acrylic/small sheet metals if there aren't many places locally (couldn't find any in brighton).
