LG with 1mm bezel LG DM92 ... info?

LG DM92 - Was really excited when some info came out for this monitor. But as far as I can tell the ces really didnt give us any specific details on specs/price/avail.

Anyone have any info on this beaut?

I know Im in the market for a upgrade and this might fit the bill - all depends thou.
 
i saw these at a show! the 27 looks awesome
they go on about 3d but i don't understand whos going to fps on an ips, but yeh for other stuff they look great, do want :P

monitors are so subjective ...
ya I dont buy into the whole 3d thing; a gimmick to me - but whatever.

Just want a 27' monitor that looks nice and hey hooking 2 up in the future might be nifty also

I play fps on my LG IPS monitor and 5-8ms is still fast enough (especially when my previous monitor was an MVA panel probably over 14ms).
 
I pushed LG for some more information on these after the lack of information that could be weaned from CES. Unfortunately none of my colleagues could make it to Vegas this time so it's a bit disappointing. From what I understand and have been told, I would like to reiterate that it offers 60Hz output (not 120Hz) and is a 1920 x 1080 part which is unusual for an IPS panel of this size. I am still waiting for double confirmation on the resolution aspect though. Did you get a glimse of this aspect Mei?

ahhh thats too bad I was really hoping for a *1440 res 27 ips with that 1 mm bezel (if true)

suggests feb release; also talks about it being fast; 120 hz? ... although Id prefer 1440 who knows

As above, it is very unlikely to be 120Hz. It is not likely to be 1440p either. The article you linked to is sensationalising a press release. I don't think they're privy to any information that the rest of us aren't. :)

And that press release makes me cringe: "LG’s new 2012 ISP monitor line-up will be available in the United States and around the world in the first quarter of 2012."

Yup the only news was that sweclockers and it said PVA 120hz not IPS.Even if IPS did come its not the response time of TN i want its just double the frames,FPS and less ghosting.

I am so sad.Its ruined my eyes at 60hz and i get focus problems now due to so much blur and crap from 60hz.Dell 2007WFP also.Fantastic pic quality and all but too small and i need something new.

OLED is dead as well for now its such crap tbh.I really need to test out a 950D but i doubt it would come close to what im looking for.Maybe the 23" but 27" is too big for 1080p pixel pitch wise and TN seems to have a blue tint from what i have saw.
