Im average everywhere :( - guess it will take time to work out how FIFA10 flows (Skip your right stick knock forwards instant-control wont work anymore :p)

Teams to consider:

Barcelona (our preferred 4-1-2-1-2)
Chelsea (default 4-4-2 looks ok)
Real Madrid (so many ways to cut this team due to the quality on first 11 and on bench - all matters where we stick Ronaldo tbfh)
England (in case the edit bug returns - also a good lineup nowadays with no obvious weaknesses - should have a decent pair of STs for once on the bench too)

Best to have the same team for both 'squads' and one that at least offers good players in other positions when we have more than the normal 3/4 playing. As nice as it is to have 10 possible positions, Club never works when you have more than 5ppl (including ANY) on at a time...

Can we only do this 3 times a week as last year FIFA Club stopped me gaming and I just cant dedicate most nights to this - I know Jonny cant either...

I'd be interested in this.

Used to play a lot of PES/Fifa on the 360, now I've converted to PS3 :D!

Edit: Getting my PS3 tonight so I'll let you know about my PSN ID. Centre mid for me

I would add Man City tbh.
 
Naaah Man City have a poor defence IMHO - they will not be able to deal with multiple human attackers like the teams Ive selected will...

Also with live season I suspect Man City to have quite variable stats week in week out - Chelsea wont and so wont England...

Add them to the mix by all means - I just think theyll be last in most people preferences. Also I guess we also need to work out multiple formations too...

consider playing as Spain? (if you can do nationals?)

They literally have massive strength in all positions except for left back
 
All pretty short and easily pushed off the ball (except Torres, Puyol, Marcos Senna and Pique). Think we tried them and found the whole CF-ST setup up front didnt work well (more us than the team I guess - too used to 2 strong STs up front)...

Can we also add my favoured France to the mix (though their defence isnt great) - even Jonny is coming round to that idea ;)

going by what France have done recently I wouldn't be suprised if their stats weren't great :)

If you're wanting strength then surely England are the best bet?
 
I think the stats are still formed by how each player is doing at Club level (Live Season stats for players worked at National level) so I dont think National performance matters that much - definitely didnt in 09...

EDIT: BTW yes Ill be vying for ST again :p - though Im getting used to FIFA10 crosses too - useless at corners/free kicks atm :(...

I'm not good at anything but striker on 09 but I may be tempted out onto the wings in 10 now that they've sorted the crossing out.


Anyone up for a final club session tonight after the MAG servers close?

P.S. I still think you are a pretty handy ACM - though I guess anywhere attacking is preferred by all - getting more good ANYs will be the key...

To get any sort of accuracy in crosses in 09, you either needed to wait till you got to the byline, or face the box. Anything else and it was luck that it got to it's target.
