Has anyone had any communication with the dead? something weird happened in bed last night

I don't want to release too much info, as it's very personal to me, which could have involved a close immediate family member which I lost when I was younger, my arm moving in the air and a tingling/numb sensation when whilst I was lying in bed.

Anyone had any freaky stuff like this happening to them? it happened a couple of times last night, and I didn't believe this was something that could happen.
 
Sorry to hear about losing a family member, but the thread title, and description of the event, are truly lolworthy and make barely any sense.

Either way it was probably sleep paralysis or a related syndrome.
 
Need more details, really. I'd be very surprised if it wasn't explainable through psychological or biological terms, although I don't doubt it felt very weird.

Look up hypnagogic and hypnapompic sleep states.


Simply put, the descent into sleep and ascent to wakefulness can dredge up old, forgotten memories and make you hallucinate.
 
I awoke one night to a strong smell of perfume and a sense of a presence, it turned out my Auntie had died that same night of cancer at a far too young age.

My brother and mother both mentioned awakening at about the same time, so I think there's definitely more to life and death than perceived scientific wisdom.

There's been other times too but that was the most significant.

your arm started swinging round your head and your first thought is dead relatives not "hmmm this might be worth seeing a doctor about" ?
 
There are plenty of reports of people having the same experience including the numbness electric tingling feeling in your arm and the way it moves

I can't believe I am typing this but thought I would share :o
