1000mg of taurine is not that much.. Safe limit is 1000mg per kilo of body weight..

i dont even know what it means, it just sounded a lot. now a red bull usually gives you a bit of a buzz, but that just gave me a kick up the backside.

No it's an acid found in humans and animal alike not just "bull sperm." Which is horrible to think about drinking. :\

I suggest you have a smaller amount of caffeine every few hours. Normally helps with headaches

If it's out of date, you may end up having the runs. We found a crate of Fanta a few months out of date at work, I didn't drink any, which was apparently a good thing.
