Found this review earlier for a new tower cooler from a korean firm thermolab.

Quote,Today we are checking out another high-end CPU cooler, this time from a company called ThermoLab. They claim that their new Baram heatsink is able to outperform the industry’s best products such as the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, so we decided to find out if it can...

Fraid not, read a few other reveiws and it certainly looks good cooling wise, although the mounting system sounds a bit shoddy.

That is looks really good and promising.
I wonder if they included rubber bracket/screws like Xigmatek HDT for the fan instead of that kind of bracket.

If you mean the fan clips, i think they use a similair wire clip to that on the thermalright heatsinks, think this would be a good cooler if paired up with the thermalright 775 bolt through kit, btw willy are you using the xigmatek HDT, as ive heard a lot of good things about it, and it seems very well priced.:)

Yeah, I've got Xigmatek Red Scorpion with Crossbow as i don't like their push pins also with Arctic Cooling MX2 and on 100% load with IntelBurn test max 61 C. Q6600 --> 3.3GHz
Happy bunny and a lot cheaper than True, quiet as well :D

Went for the TRUE black a few months ago, lapped it and my cpu. highest ive clocked to was 3.8ghz, 1.512v, load temps of 68-68-62-62. Considering a cooler for a second system and may go with the xigmatek as its a nice price.

Yeah i was looking at TRUE black as well at the same time and decided Xigmatek for the price as i was gonna get 4870 1gb as well and also upgrade to water cooler after new year so why spend more i thought :D

I must admit, Frostytech reviews are the ones I look for, with the simulated 150Watt heat load in the Intel testing.

They also use the same fan across all the fan-less heatsinks, which make there reviews easy to compare across the board.

Wonder how good they will be with a super slow fan (~600rpm) or passive operation as it looks good. Worried about availability with these.
