FragFX vs. PS3 Pad (Call of Duty 4)

Thought this video was interesting enough to start a thread for it instead of posting it in the other thread.

He plays with the PS3 PAD up until the 2:10 mark then switches over to the fragfx. You can see a huge difference in the way he plays.

Fragfx goes for around £60 unfortunately. :(

Looks like he was playing on easy mode as he wasn't down even tho he got shot a few times :D

Nearly bought this before when first time i heard it for Resistance but glad i never actually :)
 
Looks better than the ones that have come before it, I'll remain unconvinced until I can actually try one for myself though.

Be interesting if anyone here got one and could give their thoughts, reviews also seem a bit mixed.
 
I have to go out so ain't got time to watch the videos.

I am assuming he gets much "better" with the fragfx?

Aye but he looks pretty crap with the pad in the first place so it's difficult to tell how much it would improve for someone who is half decent with a pad.

Don't like the sound of it tbh, if it works as well as a keyboard and mouse surely the person is basically cheating if he/she uses it online? KB+Mouse is far more responsive than a pad and would give an unfair advantage.
 
The first thing I thought when I saw it was "How is this not just as sad as using a keyboard/mouse mod for the console?"

Nothing short of cheating in my opinion.
 
It doesn't work as well as a keyboard and mouse would on a PC - have a read of some user reviews on the intarweb!
