Ok this has found quite a scary amount of stuff :eek:

How do i go about removing the unwanted files? Or am I being totally blind and missing a remove and repair button like Spybot etc.

Reminds me of the time Windows told me it was shutting down a process it didn't recognise and thought was unsafe. Windows Explorer it was. :rolleyes:

What is what? ESET Sysinspector? I have a feeling bledd's OP answers that. It is like HijackThis but "intelligent". So it tells you itself what processes are OK and which are dodgy.
