Thought I'd share my calibration settings used for this panel using a Spyder Elite 4. I've managed to get the average Delta down to 0.50E which seems to be a good result. 
Panel Settings:
Picture Samsung Bright - Custom
Brightness:27
Contrast:51
Sharpness:60
Picture Colour - Custom
Red:45
Green:51
Blue:51
Colour Tone - Custom
Gamma - Mode1
FreeSync Mode - Ultimate Engine
All other settings at factory defaults.
