So I've recently moved somewhere hot and sunny, and my room temp is normally about 30c or so (sometimes higher :( ). I've been considering going watercooling, I don't fancy a full watercooling rig but I do like the look of the AIO.

I've seen conflicting information about it fitting in a Corsair 300R though. Has anyone managed to fit one before?

Or even possible to mount it externally somehow?

It wont fit inside with the fans but it will fit with the rad inside and the fans on top of the case. I did it in a 200R and used long fan cables threaded through a backplate to plug into the pumphead.

Awesome, I never thought that would work.

Did you have the fans pushing or pulling?

I had it so they were pulling air out of the case with the fan at the back and the one at the front drawing air in.

Donr forget fan grills on the exposed fans as well, nasty if little ones poke there fingers in :p

I have managed to fit a Triton in my 100R with a bit of persistence, you should be able to manage it :p

Took the misses holding the CPU block up whilst I snuck in and put the CPU pin connector in the mobo, was a stressful ordeal!
