Hi guys, it's me again, a little while back i posted an issue concerning the RMA of my AGP x850xt, being replaced with an x1600pro.

And in that thread, i wasn't particuarly happy and i was taking a drive down to OCUK in the week to have a moan!

Anyway, thread got deleted but me and a mate took a drive down and i have to say that Andy From Technical Support / RMA Service was extremely helpful and he decided that due to my trouble he would give me the best agp card going, which was this one!

Yeah thats great, only problem is, the 7900gt/x's seem to suffer omgwtfcorruption.

The AGP ones do not, different PCB and different memory. :)
Plus much superior cooling. :)

We've sold 1500+ of these Gainwards to date and see very little returns, absolutely amazing product! :)

Thats right they all do. Every time. No exceptions. Ever.

ps. I'm gonna stop responding to these kind of comments now cos it's getting dull.

Nice to hear I remember the thread, I have an 3Dconnect AGP 850XT PE card deemed faulty with the supplier at this very moment!!!!!!!

Heres hoping for a good result as I paid £260 for it at the end of last year

Well done mate, pleased for you ;)

My fingers are crossed

They up to a point were ALL the same design. Someday every single one will give up, be it now or be it in a normal time-span.

I dont know if the design is fixed now but nvidia messed up big time ;)

Lol......good on ya, I live in Hertfordshire so would be more like 100+ but I go north to see the inlaws in Bolton every few weeks so would just mean a small detour if needed!!

Although I went and got myself an X1900XT 512mb (from OcUK I may add) cos I'm an impatient so and so :D

whats the new card like compared to the old???

You did well because the Leadtek 7600 GT is actually superior to an X850 XT PE, quicker and better feature set. :)

wow great service.

BTW my eVGA 7900GT ko has been great so far...had it for a couple months OC'd on stock cooler and it hasn't flinched at all...and performs VERY well.

I'm waiting...so far the meaning of KO for me has been a superior OEM cooler and a 1.5vcore ....
