Anyone remember quite a while ago now the video posted on here about Microsoft Photosynth? (Photos taken from different angles are all placed in 3D onto a virtual world which you can explore). Well they've now got a tech demo going in association with the BBC, linky here. It's certainly interesting, I think the Blackpool ballroom one is quite good.

That's rather cool.....though for a while I could only get the Ely Cathedral collection for some reason! Stil, that's no bad thing as it really is a stunning building and it brightens up my drive home thought the rather dull, flat Fens every night.......
