Are you thinking of doing all fans? If so go with a good PWM fan. I like TY-140/141 fans myself but not sure if they will fit, especially in front. They are 120mm fan mounting and measure 151x141mm.. 140mm fans are 139-141x139-141mm. I suggest 2x front and 2 bottom intakes with rear exhaust. Maybe leave back top vent open... or leave unused PCI slots open... to balance airflow/pressure. Raise your case so you have 50mm bottom clearance (2x 140mm fans side by side need it for unrestricted air). I like doing it with a caster base.
This is my latest build. Several peeps have them.
If you want you can control all fans with the motherboard CPU fan header. Get a couple of Gelid PWM fan splitters, hook them together then hook your CPU fan as master to first splitter and all other PWM fans as slaves. As they use PSU to power the molex there is no load on motherboard. Master fan sends rpm signal to mobo, mobo processes and sends PWM signal to splitter which sends signal to all fans. Molex supplies power to all fans.
