This is my one. I've cut the window in the side panel but have not done anything to the inside yet so it looks a bit of a mess

Hmm starting to question wether or not I will fit a 120.3 rad in the top of a V1000 without taking up the PCI slot room, unless I get the rad right to the front of the case within the 5.25" bays. Don't suppose I could send the measurements of my rad to you when I recieve it tomorrow yewen, so you could measure?

No worries!

You can always fit a rad on the side panel of the v1000+, it is strong enough to hold one!

thx Yewen m8 :)

oh nice job on the window Day03, its looking great well done :)

another Bezel would finish it of. im gonna have 2 on mine as i cant stand the look of standard dvd/cd Bezels

Sod it, I'll buy a V1000 anyway, I like the fact the compartments provide a nice level for me to screw my pump into.

Got the rad, and shroud on the way to me tomorrow.

if you heat up Perspex slowly could it be molded slightly ?

as i was thinking if a got a sheet of perspex and made a wooden molding about the size of a 120mm fan, you think if could be done?

maybe somethink like this

Perspex can be heated and bent but I do not know how transparent it will stay. I used a crude way of heating it over a flame and then bending it but it used to become a bit brown over the heated area probably from the soot. Maybe with carefull application of heat in the oven or microwave it will stay transparent.
