I'll post it again for the GD crowd once I'm reasonably confident that there are no crippling bugs there.

Works best with JavaScript enabled (though still works fine without).
 
If you saw a load of crap when you registered that's because I forgot to take a debug line out :o

Fixed now though and your account should work anyway.
 
Yeah I tried to replicate it by logging in again but couldn't so I didn't bother saying anything :p
 
Nice one. Had a couple of problems getting on there with IE6 though - spat out some debug when I registered, and a lot of the pages were blank the first time I followed a link, and then OK after a refresh. Bizarre. After I registered I switched to Firefox and all seemed OK.
 
you should set the max file size in the form. at the moment the value is empty. i just tried to upload a file that is too big but i had to wait quite awhile before your server decided it didn't like it. creates unneccesary load on the server as well as a wait for the person uploading. if the value was set in the form as well, the reply would be instant and the server wouldn't even try to upload the file.

(i also got a page containing $_POST values when signing up in firefox 2.0.0.8)

Not sure about blank pages; shouldn't be doing that. I do get that on several websites, though, including these forums, so I think it's probably a network/Apache problem rather than a problem with the website itself.

Yeah that just wasn't being inserted because I forgot to rename a template variable :p

Still, though I've updated it so that the correct value is inserted, but the browser doesn't seem to care if I select a big file and just merrily uploads it to the server, where it's rejected :confused:

Tried this in IE7 and Firefox.

It was definitely specific to using IE6, everything was OK with IE7 and Firefox. Strange.

yup, ignore what i said. it seems to be ignored by most browsers. :o

hopefully people won't try and be stupid. everyone knows what the rules are and it's on your form as a reminder. :)

Well done, I cant wait to try it out, I imagine the majority of users will be on there soon, hope your server can cope!

Now I just need to make more sigs....:rolleyes:
 
Nice but make that mandelbrot pic colour because it will look soo much better.

Edit - maybe I should actually get a sig now!
