Telescope: Soligor MT-910/4.5" e

Hello

Not technically a camera, however it is a telescope and thus involves visual aspects so I'm making a thread here - MODs, please move if needed.

In short, I've been given the telescope: Soligor MT-910/4.5" e - Astronomical Telescope, from what I can see the company no longer exists, after a bit of googling I can't seem to find much on this telescope at all...

So, can anyone help? find a manual or anything on this? I'll keep plugging away, but the more info I can find out the better.

All i could find though, couldn't find a manual

However if you post on an Astronomy forum, somebody else is sure to own one and might scan it in for you.

Looks like they were quite popular scopes.

Aye I've just joined one linked from the Astronomy thread on here so I'll see what crops up. Really hard to find anything on it, in surprised you got what you did.

With the above links and a few videos I've looked up I've lazily calibrated things, just need to give it a test drive really, but its looking cloudy!
