Strange noise heard in Costa Rica

My Costa Rican friend just got a new home cinema system and was testing it out with the Jurassic Park bluray. He says he's sorry.
 
I've heard the Kiev one before - wasn't it put down to construction work?

The costa rica one sounds like the sea to me. But obviously it's not or no one would be making a big deal out of it.

The noise in Kiev is amazing no idea what it is but if I heard that I would probably be heading the the shelter with my tin foil :D. Seriously though no idea, it's pretty cool though, could be some kind of heavy industry?

I thought someone established it was the glass creaking or something, or the cladding I can't remember but it was something to do with the fabric of a building.
 
First one sounds like wind and the other again sounds like wind going through a tunnel.
It wouldn't be that hard to find out where it is coming from, it could be triangulated.
 

This was that tall tower shown in the video in the recent windy weather. Doesn't look windy in Kiev though for something similar.

Cant hear anything odd in the first one.

That video from Kiev is pretty creepy and exciting at the same time. Sounds like that weapon from Crysis?
