This story was on the wright stuff too earlier. Apparently, there has been no proof that the talc caused the woman to contract ovarian cancer due to the use of Talc for 35 years, yet they are being sued because the product didn't have a label on stating that it may cause cancer, even though there is no proof that it may cause cancer!
J+J Do intend on fighting this case, but if the lawsuit is successful, it opens the door for thousands more cases. It won't be long until somebody tries suing the sun (the planetary object, not the newspaper), for causing skin cancer because it isn't labelled to say it may cause skin cancer!
