I was wondering will the forums ever be tapatalk supported or app to make the forums mobile friendly.

Gilly it's not just that, it costs to use it (was last time I checked) and if you don't use it you get a ****ing popup EVERY SINGLE MOTHER ****ING TIME YOU VIEW THE MOTHER ****ING FORUM.

Most up to date phones with a decent resolution make OcUK very browsable on mobile. No need for Tapatalk or dumbed down mobile themes!

IIRC iOS is a little more harder, WP8 you only need HTML/CSS/JavaScript I think.

one thing that i do find an issue o nthe phone is when you try to use the quick search when you go to type somethiong i nit closes, you have to use advanced search instead

Personally, I don't think the experience with the full version is much better on a mobile. I just can't mod from it, it's far too clunky for that. Also, if you're on GPRS, it's slow to load just due to the size of the pages.

come on, its 2013... my 3g/4g internet on phone faster than broadband... who uses GPRS??

Not everywhere is completely covered by 3g all the time. I often have only GPRS when I'm sat in the bowels of a building because 3g frequencies can't penetrate.

Seconded.
No need for an app, as along as pics are 800x600 max. Once they start getting bigger it messes up safari especially on ipad.

I hate the we have an app download it, no I don't **** want to, why tell me every time I visited.
