Good CS 1.6 and CS: Source servers?

I know we have three CS: Source servers of our own (Thanks Link ) but they are not always busy, can you lot recommend some decent 1.6 and Source servers that are not chock full of "noobs" and smack talking kiddies please?

What ever server you play on you'll have the odd 'bad apple' now and again so I can't guarantee against that

Try these two for starters though :
