After weeks of head scratching I have gone for this setup, what you all think?
Am ordering on Friday ,also wanting a Dell 2407 but am debating wether to wait for AO4 version to be in stock.

It all looks good and is compatible, I can't see any obvious changes to make so go for it. The only thing I'd ask is if you already have a mouse to use? It seems to be the one thing not included on your list. :)

isnt there an issue with the OEM vista... no change of motherboard or something ?

that might sway you to go retail ?

Pretty much the exact system I'd buy. But get quieter 120mm fans, Scythe or Noctua are the current favourites. :)

I think a 520W PSU is far more than enough. Everyone seems to spec really powerful PSUs when they're not needed .
