New 290 from OCUK arrived pre-used

So I bought a new 290 from OCUK yesterday and it arrived today on time. Got home to set it up and the box was damaged and the seals broken. Removed the gfx card and the anti static bag was obviously been opened and seals broken. GFX has dust in fan so has been used.

Not happy but not sure of my rights for return and whether I have to cough up postage of a product that doesn't meet description
 
You will be able too return the card and overclocker should cover all costs as you paid for a new product not a second hand one
