help with my system please !!!

hi,i bought this system Titan 8200i Spinosaur" Intel 4.60GHz Quad Core System from overclockers last year and today its packed in,had it running today and heard it getting slower at one point and went over to it and it had shut off ? phoned overclockers support and told them that theres a red light looks like a power symbol on the motherboard thats lit up red ? pressed the power button and it lights up and fans run for all of one second and nothing,any idea what this is folks ? and engineer told me to take battery of motherboard for 25 mins and put back in but still the same,would expect this system to last more than a year as it cost me over £1000

hi,if its my power supply does it have a warranty longer than 1 year ? as im looking at other power supplys on the net and they have minimum 5 years warranty ?? surly overclockers should be replacing it for me if thats the problem which looks like it is,when i tried it the first thought i had was power supply packed in,i paid over £1000 for this system and still have receipt

It depends on the brand of power supply. If you have a warranty with Overclockers then give them a ring. Warranties are usually either on-site, collect and return or return to base. Find out which you have.

Something costing over £1000 doesn't mean it'll last over 1 year, it could easily pack it in within hours/days/weeks/months/etc(worse case scenario it could be DOA).
