Looks like they're finally getting closer to some dates and venues for this :)

Doesn't look like theres a London event this year, instead they've changed it to:

25th November - GatesHead, England - TBA - No tickets on sale yet
29th November - Dublin, Ireland - National Concert Hall - Tickets on sale now!
3rd December - Cardiff, Wales - Cardiff International Arena - Tickets due 3rd September
Scotland - TBA

I'd love to go to this, but I have nobody who would go with me :( I don't really feel brave enough to go on my own lol

Honestly, it really is worth going to see at least once! :) I'm hoping to go again this year (never made it last year)

Having watched these video's online I've always said I'd like to go to one but accepted that there would never be one near me.

Now they've announced Gateshead (I assume it must be in The Sage) I'll be there with bells on.

I went to the one in glasgow last year by myself. It was brilliant, the orchestra played amazingly and tommy (the guy who runs it) really puts on a good show and he is not afraid to hide he is a total gamer. The music was great and I think it really does the gaming industry justice, sure its easy to say the Glasgow Orchestra would prefer beethoven or mozart etc. but there is some really good conductors working on games that produce beautiful scores.

Dont care that I went by myself, its not as if I would talk much during the performance anyway.
