Tonights workout routine!

Working away and need to do some exercise, forgot gym stuff so cant head off down the local gym!!

So, going to do a bedroom workout :D

Equipment/exercises:

low level shelf - raised pressups
low lev shelf and rounded chair - tricep dips
easy to handle single leg table - bed press (rofl!) - lie with head over the corner of the bed, so that shoulders and elbows will go down the side and bottom of bed (giving a half decent range of motion!)
easy to handle bedside drawers - squats
rounded chair - shoulder press

will give me something to do while laughing at the celebs in celeb BB!!
 
I like the creativity!

The table bed press is my favourite!

I have hit a bit of a brick wall with my triceps recently and its holding me back, I have been trying to do dips with two chairs so I can do a little extra work at home and make some headway, but one of the chairs has wheels...................not good!!
 
Lol very original. An impressive amount of dedication and motivation shown to even consider doing this. I hope to god you don't suffer any injuries, as explaining how they came about to the medical staff may leave you a little red faced :p
