Orange Pay & Go - win £1, £5 or a Wii

If i were you id phone the help number at the end of the text message you received when you won it (02087444372). You should have received it by now:(
 
I phoned up on the 6th, got through to an automated thing and was asked to leave my name and number. which I did.

No call back on the 7th so phoned again. This time I got through to someone who confirmed they had my details (i.e. I have won a Wii) and said the "order" had been passed through to the despatch warehouse and I should have it by now.

As I obviously haven't got it and haven't had any cards through the door saying someone's attempted to deliver, she said she'd chase it up and get back to me.

Didn't get a call back today either, so have just phoned them again, only to be told the woman who's dealing with it has just left for the day. I left my name and number and was told she'll give me a call tomorrow...

I'm not. I phoned up Friday and guess what, the person dealing with it had just left the office!

The person I spoke to said they'll send her an email and get her to phone me ASAP on Monday.

If this doesn't get sorted soon I'll be phoning constantly until something happens.

I may even write them a nasty letter! :eek:
