I don't care how much it costs just release it ASAP![]()
Wags said:Yes, we are "close". Mostly just squashing a few more bugs, tuning some radar/missile BVR issues, and testing BS/FC2 MP.

Flaming Cliffs was unofficial?!
Starforce![]()
I'm not worried about the current version of Starfarce, just wont give my money to any company using them.
More than enough to keep me entertained without having to let them have my money.
It's just starforces online activation, totally different from their dreaded old software. Loads and loads of games use it.
EDITx2: Ordered X52 Pro from OcUK, get in! hopefully its worth the investment! just need to find somewhere that sells LO Gold (play £78!!!!) ebay I suppose
Nice stick, you should be able to get some good profiles on the official Lock On/DCS forums
BTW you don't need Lock On Gold, the FC2 addon will upgrade the original Lock On just fine. You can get a boxed copy direct from the Developers for £12inc p&p here or jsut look on ebay (I have seen copies of Lomac for $3)

Did they keep the cross game online multiplayer with the Ka-50 in the final version ?

ThorpedoUK said:Hows this looking anyone downloaded it yet? the servers are so slow! 1 day and counting :/ EDIT: Now using torrent on the lockon site, 1hour 24min
I see that with FC 2 you can fly in the same world as DCS Black Shark, thats really cool - I will order a copy of BS too, has anyone had an opportunity to try this yet (perhaps with a friend in the DCS BS and you in LOMAC), how does it work out? can one fly the DCS while another in an F15 etc providing air support, how cool is that.
Can you apply modern air combat tactics to LOMAC?
Last question, do you guys fly online much? (LOMAC // DCS or FSX) all my friends are Xbox 360 and BFBC2 addicts (and dont like flight sims), is there an OcUK flight guild or some other method?
Thanks
Should you need help just ask. I recommend the Producers notes for DCS and the Training Vids for lock on to get you up to speed.
... I'd imagine having a decent joystick setup helps enormously with this game!!
My 8800GTS 320Mb couldn't cope with the original Lomac however, it had a bug rendering, meaning the FPS were fine, circa 100 FPS or so, but would produce a weird shimmering effect that made it unplayable, and I had to uninstall. I doubt I'll be able to run DCS though, so I don't think FC2 would be playable for me, which means it'll have to wait until I can afford to build a new PC.
