GTX 260 black screen flashes in BC2

So ...wtf. Very rarely (but enough to be most annoying) I get some random flashes of a black screen only in BC2. Using a 260 216 on win7 64bit on 197.45 drivers.

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm going SLI on Wednesday and am hoping the problem will be addressed before then.
 
...same thing happening here GTX 260 / 197.45 drivers sometimes screen goes completely black apart from UAV map crosshairs ammo info etc then bingo normal again..
 
hopefully it will be fixed soon then. it doesn't happen that often but is still most annoying when it does.
