Saitek/MadCatz customer support... thumbs up

Hey guys,

(To sum up a long post - Excellent service, definitely something to consider when eye-ing up Saitek/MadCatz peripherals)

I read a thread earlier on Logitech's customer support and how well they treat their customers. I had a few Logitech products in the past, one of which was on the way out, so I emailed them about that, although I'm still awaiting a reply (hasn't been long though!)

Recently I've been buying Saiteks peripherals and I was beginning to wonder whether it would be worth going Logitech next time for their support. My current Saitek keyboard had a broken foot (the fold down bits) so I decided to give their CS a try...

14:44 - I sent an email inquiring as to how I can buy a new foot.
14:47 - A reply (albeit short) requesting information such as my address and keyboard model
15:05 - My response
15:09 - An email to confirm that the part had been posted.

This is excellent service for an old (out of warranty) product and I was pleasantly pleased that I can continue to buy their products in confidence:)
