In a game earlier, all the other members of my squad were playing as sniper, (i was assault), all three camped in one building not even trying for objectives, i gave up dropping ammo crates for them.

yep if you're camp sniping you're a sitting duck, don't shoot unless it's a hs.

riush sniping screw it hit em wherever and duck an weave while they spray an pray till you can hit em again

Actually on a few occasions when I've been playing this, I've been hit and heard what sounds like the headshot sound, yet I am not dead. Does this mean the game accepts that I have been hit in the head but doesn't see fit to reduce my health 100%?

Yeah I've had that before, not sure exactly what it is.

that's why you got out sniped by a guy with an smg and take 3 hits to kill people o nhardcore with a weapon that takes 2 hits maximum (in the feet at max range) on normal?

Also why are xfire stats from before the game was released relevant?

Well would you look at that, CS is top and when was that released?

I think the fact BC2 is 11th in the Steam stats is damn impressive considering it isn't a Steamworks game like the others above it.

well of course they weren't playing bc2 in march 2009 because the game wasn't out in march 2009.

Also bc2 isn't a steamworks game so most copies (ea or retail) will not be on there.

That's why you can't kill people with the most powerful rifles (1 hit kill in most cases) in the game?

Can anyone recommend me a BC2 server (conquest, normal), that doesn't have any stupid rules like no killing the guy on their deployments AA?

I am against base rape, but when you are kicked for killing the guy on the AA who is firing out of their base... Also bunny hopping? I mean that isn't even an advantage really, after all it does slow you down considerably.

I just wish most admins would grow up, fair enough they are their servers, which is why I want a server without these rules.

On top of that i'm sure servers give messages when they kick you because of ping and also when you are auto kicked for a reserved slot. Manual kicks by admins... well the last server i was kicked for manually by i also got a message saying *why* i was kicked (which was for having a good KDR as it happens) and if your admins are kicking people manually for VIPs without giving a polite reason in the message then frankly you deserve all the repercussions you get.

I hate to break it to you but sniper rifles (any of the bolt actions) are 1 hit kills from ANY range with Magnum Ammo in Hardcore, most likely 1 hit kills from mid range without Magnum Ammo in Hardcore, 1 hit kills from close range on Softcore and 1 hit kills in all circumstances with a headshot.
